If you're selling your house, you want to get a professional photographer. The difference between bad pictures and great pictures can mean thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in the end. Why? If your pictures cause more people to come and see the house in person, that should result in more interested buyers. More supply of buyers means high demand. One house that they're all interested in means low supply. High demand and low supply means higher pricesexactly what you're going for!

In this video, I'll show you the differences I see immediately in current listings where you can tell that a professional took pictures and when the agent did not seem to care about the listing and took the pictures themselves. Your audience will differ greatly depending on the pictures you take. I also give some tips on how to make better pics for your real estate listings. The difference in price is between $100$500 from hiring a professional real estate photographer and not hiring one. In California where a group of buyers come together, more buyers fighting over the same property could lead to 10's of thousands in higher offers than if you have one or two buyers fighting for your property. Go for the dozens of buyersit's a great "problem" to have! Real estate photography is worth the money you spend.
