Francie opened in the middle of the pandemic in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood as an upscale restaurant. Only a few months later, the restaurant earned a Michelin star with the help of its internetfamous dryaged duck dish, along with dishes like porchetini, a market salad, and more.
