Using the correct amount of product is important. Using less would make it ineffective and using more would be wasteful or irritating.

Here is a simple guide

▪Cleanser : use a single pump or a dime sized amount(small coin). Apply cleanser on wet face. Massage for a minute before washing it off. Don’t forget the neck.

▪Serum : 34 drops are adequate. For soothing ingredients like niacinamide, pantothenol , ceramide use 56 drops.

▪Retinol cream: Use a pea sized amount. Do not apply it around the eyes. Use Vaseline jelly on corners of eyes, nose and lips to prevent irritation in these areas.

▪Moisturiser : coin sized amount is enough. Make sure to use it on the neck as well

▪Sunscreen : 2 finger length for whole face and 3 finger length for face and neck . Reapplication every 2 hours of outdoors. While indoors apply twice at 10 am and 2 pm
