Overall breakdown

4.5lbs bonein chicken thigh (remove bones from 25%, remove skin based on weight of cat)
7 oz chicken liver
14 oz chicken heart (or 4000mg taurine instead)
4 egg yolks
8 oz water
2000mg taurine
4000mg fish oil
200mg vitamin B complex
200mg IU vitamin E
8.4 grams salt
8 grams psyllium husk powder

This lasts my single 10 pound cat about a month or so. Vitamins cost about 3040 bucks upfront, but last a long time. Raw chicken is a few dollars per pound, but more expensive when organic. I'd estimate it costs about $20 a month not including upfront supplies like a meat grinder or ice cube trays.
