One question we commonly get is HOW do I start cutting out meat? Two tips!
1) Focus on ADDING IN more plant foods. This will naturally crowd out the meat and dairy without the feeling of deprivation. Add a vegetable based soup and salad before dinner, enjoy fruit based desserts like chia pudding, add veggies onto your pizza vs. meat.
2) Think about healthy SWAPS. Swap a veggie burger for a hamburger, make tofu and veggie skewers instead of chicken, enjoy a beautiful dinner salad with proteinrich beans, nuts and seeds, sip a plantbased smoothie at breakfast, swap meatbased stir fries with veggie (remember to eat the rainbow)!
