In this video I’m going to share with you a range of tools that you can use to help ground your cat’s energy.

They are simple yet effective methods that you can utilise to become your very own cat expert and support your anxious cat, or even an aggressive cat, to deal with their emotional state.

Despite having trained in cat behavior and understanding cat psychology, there is only so much that can be done to reduce anxiety in cats or to stop a cat from biting and being aggressive with behaviour modification. When we support a cat’s energetic and emotional health we support them at their very foundations.

If you have a hyper cat or are looking for ways to deal with your cat problems, try offering grounding to your cat to begin with. Before you try to change the cat’s behaviour or call in a cat expert, become your very own cat whisperer by giving your cat a choice and allowing them to decide how they balance their energy and emotions.

Cats are sentient, sensitive creatures and just like us humans they need emotional support. Cats have mental health needs that deserve to be met, and you can do that by using the grounding techniques in this video.
