From Engineering consultant to full time baker and owner of one of New Zealand's most loved Asianfusion bakeries, Cathy Fan is an inspiration to many 1.5 generation migrants who want to step into a place of purpose surpassing the status quo of survival.

From mochi filled chocolate brownies, to Durian, Ube, and even Hōjicha Burnt Basque Cheesecakes, there is always a story behind every single creation that comes out of Cathy's oven.
