A Silent Voice is more than just my favourite anime film, it's my favourite film of all time. It presents the core messages of anxiety, depression and selfhatred and how you can learn to overcome it. A Silent Voice is a film that I've always wanted to talk about but never had the courage to because I was afraid of not giving the film the justice it deserves.
