There are three popular night markets in Taiwan! HanXi Night Market was located at Taichung. It's full of local snacks. The first eyecatching was the hotcandied sweet potatoes. The vendor use the hot maltose to make the sweet potatoes more delicious! There still lots of special snacks such as scallion pancake rolls, fried spareribs, stirfried instand noodles,fish surimi rolls, braised dishes and so on. DaQing Night Market was located at Taichung, too. You can find exotic foods inside. JingCheng Night Market was located at Zhanghua. It is said to be the largest in this city. If you like to shop at the night market, you must have a look in middle Taiwan. How delicious they are!
