As more states begin to recognize the Hotshot industry is not going away despite the efforts of "Big Trucking" lobbyist in Washington, they are cracking down on some of those little known laws that trip up even the best Hotshot professional. Sure, "Hotshotters" don't go to the big training schools if they are nonCDL, but they go to the school of "Get it done!" or starve.
