Twisted Tales: A Super 8 Anthology is a trilogy shot entirely on Super 8 film and created by director Max r Lincoln.

The three shorts were initially created as part of the worldwide 'Straight 8' film competition. The competition rules mean the films were shot on one continuous roll of Super 8 film (editing in camera). This was then sent to the lab to be processed while Max and composer Victoria Wijeratne devised the score. The team only learned if the score matched the footage once the competition was complete! To complicate things, Super 8 speeds up and slows down randomly while filming. This meant that any synced audio would be complicated. The trilogy has been slightly edited to work as one film, but if you'd like to see them in their original form, please go to www.maxlincoln.com
