茶餐廳沙嗲牛肉麪米粉

材料
急凍金錢腱1隻約半磅
花生沙嗲醬
出前一丁或米粉1個

處理
1. 牛腱除去包裝打橫1開2取出半隻牛腱打橫切薄片。
2. 牛腱片清水解凍。
3. 牛腱片已解凍揸出血水清水沖洗乾淨擎乾水放碗內廚紙索乾。
4. 牛腱片 加入調味料
a. 生粉半茶匙
b. 沙嗲醬1茶匙
c. 蠔油1茶匙
d. 糖1茶匙
撈勻。

烹調
1. 預備沙嗲醬牛肉
a. 在鑊內加入清水300毫升加入沙嗲醬1湯匙同時加入少許沙嗲油攪勻大火煮滾。
b. 加入生抽半湯匙攪勻。
c. 加入糖半湯匙大火滾起試一試味再加入沙嗲醬半湯匙。
d. 加入適量生粉芡攪勻至收汁轉慢火加入牛腱片。
e. 轉大火煮半分鐘牛肉倒入碗內。
2. 在鑊內加入清水一碗加入即食麪或米粉加入調味包大火滾起煮2分鐘。
3. 加入麻油包。
4. 完成放大碗內。
5. 可享用。

Satay beef noodles/rice vermicelli

Ingredients:
Frozen beef golden coin muscle (about 0.5 lb)
Satay paste with peanuts
Instant noodles or rice vermicelli 1 No.

Preparation:
1. The beef, remove plastics, divide it into 2 shares horizontally. Take half of the beef, thinly slice it horizontally.
2. The beef, defrost in tap water.
3. The beef has been defrosted, squeeze the blood comes from it. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put in a bowl. Dry with kitchen towels.
4. The beef, add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 0.5 tsp
b. Satay paste 1 tsp
c. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
d. Sugar 1 tsp
Mix well.

Steps:
1. Prepare the satay beef sauce:
a. Add in 300ml of water in a wok. Add in 1 tbsp of satay sauce. Add in little satay oil at the same time. Mix well. Heat up at high flame.
b. Add in 0.5 tbsp of light soya sauce, mix well.
c. Add in 0.5 tbsp of sugar, heat up at high flame. Check the taste. Add in 0.5 tbsp of satay sauce again.
d. Add in appropriate amount of tapioca sauce, mix well until it turns thick. Turn to low flame, add in the beef.
e. Turn to high flame, cook for half minute. Pour the beef into a big bowl.
2. Add in a bowl of water in the wok. Add in the noodles or vermicelli, add in seasoning pack. Heat up at high flame. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add in sesame oil.
4. Complete. Pour the noodles or vermicelli into a big bowl.
5. Serve.
