This simple and in inexpensive Homemade Plant Milk is a true game changer it does not curdle in coffee, yay! You will never have to buy milk or creamer again!

Plant Based Creamer
1 cup porridge oats
1/4 cup soaked sunflower seeds (soak for at least 2 hours or 30 min in hot water)
800 ml water

Blend everything in a high speed blender for 30 seconds and immediately strain through a nut milk bag or triple cheese cloth. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days, shake it up before use. Enjoy and share the great news with your fellow vegan!
