• Ingredients: pizza
Highprotein flour 300 grams, 0:26,
Yeast 4 grams, 0:26,
White granular sugar 25 grams, 0:36,
Salt 5 grams, 0:39,
Water 210 grams(room temperature) 0:45,
Oil 30 grams, 1:06,
Knead the dough till it is even. Then divide it into two. We can make two 10inch pizzas. Take 2 bowls. Add 1 spoon of oil in each of them. Put one dough in each of the bowl. Wrap it and let it rise. Don’t use big bowls so the dough won’t expand too much. Let the doughs rise till 50% which means the size increases by 50%.
• Ingredients: ketchup
Tomatoes 3(peel them, the total amount is 600 grams) 2:23,
Onion pieces 100 grams, 2:38,
Oil 20 grams, 0:35,
Sugar 20 grams, 3:10,
White pepper powder 5 grams, 3:13,
Salt 5 grams, 3:16,
• Ingredients for secondary ingredients:
Ham some(anything like chicken, beef, sausage, seafood or fruits) 3:56
Mozzarella cheese some, 5:36,
Corn, onion, bell pepper, add anything we like. 5:41,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to top heat and bottom heat 240 degrees. Keep it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 15 mins. Take it out it looks good. If the oven can’t reach 240 degrees, just bake it with the biggest heat. If the pizza doesn’t look good after 15 mins, then bake it for a bit longer.
