Homemade Cream cheese
Cream Cheese is very soft and has smooth texture. It is made from milk and cream. The taste is mild, a bit of sweet and slightly tangy. This cheese is famous because it is the main ingredient in cheesecake. It also goes well with crackers, Mac & Cheese, french toast, salad, dips and more.

If cream cheese is not available in your place or you find it expensive you can make your own cream cheese. You just need full cream milk and white vinegar or lemon. You can also add a pinch of salt. Making homemade cream cheese is so easy and you can add your own twist. You can make a flavored cream cheese by adding herbs and fruits to make it more special.

Using Birch Tree powdered Full Cream Milk:

2 liters water
2 cups full cream milk powder
6 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt(more if preferred)

Using Liquid Full Cream Milk:

1 liter liquid full cream milk
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

Using Bearbrand milk powder:

1 liter water
1 cup Bearbrand powdered milk
3 tbsp white vinegar
