Good morning everyone so today we had to do a delivery to a repeat customer who actually got shorted on his first delivery from the store and he said that some personnel at the store made some promises that they couldn't keep with getting delivery times right and coordinating with us the driver amongst other things that simply did not pan out to be what they explained it to the customer to be. This video is a perfect example of common miscommunication and improper coordination between the team that's supposed to be setting up the delivery and the people actually doing the delivery. This video also highlights the fact that customers are aware that we don't specifically work for the shipper we are just a delivery service that hauls the material from point A to point B and we are in no way shape form responsible for the product that is supposed to be delivered as far as quantity and confirming the entire order is there.
