Hmong Salad Ingredients:
1/2 crispy green lettuce
1/2 red/purple lettuce
12 small cucumber
1 tomato
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup cilantro
1 shreded carrot
34 cooked eggs white
Dressing:
34 cooked eggs yolk
1 large lime juce
23 tbsp of fish sauce
pinch of black pepper, optional
Note: if you like more creamy (qab rog) you can add 2 tbsp each of mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
Serve with 34 people.
