Through the theory of evolution, they discovered that life evolved gradually, taking unexpected twists and turns in its ageold quest for survival. And that mankind was the crowning achievement in life’s endless quest. In this 5 part documentary, we will explore the history of life from its humble beginnings as singlecelled organisms, to its great blossoming and proliferation which took place over the course of eons.

This documentary tells the amazing story of how life which first inhabited the seas, adopted to land. Through an investigation of ancient trailblazers such as Tiktaalik, the fish that could perform pushups, we will learn the gradual process by which lungs and legs evolved, and how the creatures of the seas conquered the land. Also, we will delve into the evolution of ancient whales, and how they adopted to the sea from land in a kind of “reverse evolution.”
