Welcome to COASTEERING OZ. This is an outdoors channel devoted to the exploration and appreciation of the Australian intertidal zone. This is an adventure sport backgrounded in the United Kingdom and being a hybrid of coastwalking and the sport of orienteering. Coasteering is a truly immersive experience to get the mind formally focussed on first principles : fight or flight, survival, the overcoming of obstacles, the gaining of wonderment , and gratitude.
There will be the crossing of sharkinfested waters. There are underwater arches to navigate, pristine rockpools to explore, isolated headlands, changeable weather and always, always unpredictable swell. As well as flora and fauna unique to the Australian coastline.
