In this episode I provide the history of the Ford Probe, a sporty hatchback built between 1988 and 1997, that was produced in a joint effort with Mazda. Before it was called the Probe, it was originally going to replace the Mustang for its fourth generation, but the huge backlash from Mustang fans ended what could have been Ford's most costly mistake.
