Julianna introduces her faithful companions: Taffy, her 9yearold Shih Tzu, and Tuba, a reservation rescue dog. Alongside them is Wreck, the FJ Cruiser, that has transformed from being her home to now towing her new dwelling.

The Financial Aspect:
Purchased eight years ago for approximately $32,000, the FJ Cruiser underwent extensive modifications costing between $15,000 and $20,000. The investment reflects Julianna's commitment to a mobile lifestyle, blending practicality with her passion for overlanding.

Kitchen Setup and Amenities:
Discover Julianna's efficient kitchen area in the FJ Cruiser, featuring a dualzone 80qt fridge, a propane stove, and a handy induction burner. Her focus on maximizing space is evident in her clever storage solutions, including the transformation of the FJ Cruiser's rear into additional pantry space.

Power and Energy Efficiency:
Julianna takes pride in her DIY approach to the Cruiser's electrical setup. The system includes a 300 amp hour Enduro power lithium battery, a solar mppt controller, a 1,000W inverter, and solar panels mounted on the roof and hood. This selfsufficient system powers her mobile home and all its appliances.

From Cruiser to Camper:
Transitioning from living in the FJ Cruiser to towing a custombuilt camper, Julianna found the perfect balance between mobility and comfort. She sourced an old military generator trailer for $7,000 and revamped it using free wood from a previous job, creating a cozy, steelframed living space.

Innovative Cooking Solutions:
In the camper, Julianna utilizes an induction cooktop, an air fryer, and an electric kettle. Her creative use of space includes a modified kitchen pot holder for secure storage while on the move. Though she hasn't yet decided whether to move the fridge from the FJ Cruiser into the camper, her current setup works well for her nomadic life.

The Cozy Interior:
Julianna's camper exudes a cabinlike, homely feel, featuring beautiful woodwork and essential safety measures like a CO2 monitor. She skillfully fits a single bed, a small TV, and even a Nintendo Switch into this compact space without compromising comfort.
