Her Eyes Always Followed Her Owner Who Abandoned Her With Heart Broke
Sumary:

There are no words that can describe how I felt when I witnessed Hannah's story first hand.
A man with a big belly led Hana out of the car.
At first I thought he was going to take Hannah to the bathroom, but that's not the case.
The man chained her to a roadside pole and then quickly left.
At first, Hannah sat motionless as she was tied up and her eyes always followed her owner.
But when she realized something was wrong, she continued screaming.
Many people turned to look at her with intent eyes, but no one bothered to get closer.
Hannah's condition was very serious. Extreme weakness and fatigue.
Despite her enormous size, Hannah was a very dirty, neglected, and very afraid dog.
All she had in life was hunger, disease and abandonment.
I approached Hannah and placed her front paws on my lap, wagging her tail.
Her eyes were full of tears, and her heart seemed broken.
She began to tremble and fell into a terrible state of shock.
I took her to a vet clinic.
Fluid flows into the abdominal cavity, causing pressure on the internal organs.
Which causes the stomach to expand like a drum.
We needed ultrasound, xrays and blood tests for biochemical analysis,
Then comes first aid, painkillers and drainage placement.
It is important to quickly find the cause of the effusion so that emergency treatment can begin.
Hannah was still in the hospital but was not improving.
She also suffered from uterine prolapse due to pressure.
Doctors drained all the fluids and performed multiple blood transfusions.
But the fluid continued to flow and her belly grew larger.
I spent all these days at the vet with Hannah.
The cause was still unclear, and there was a lot of fluid in the abdominal cavity
A few days later, the doctor helped Hannah remove it, but it was all temporary.
Neither blood nor ultrasound provides a complete picture of the cause of her condition.
You may need to see a cardiologist for additional examination and diagnosis.
Without an accurate diagnosis, we will never be able to find the right treatment.
I had to take Hannah to see Beethoven!
Before she leaves, Hannah will be in the clinic's inpatient unit.
We were taking her to Khabarovsk. The road ahead of us is about 400 kilometers long.
You will be thoroughly examined and diagnosed by a doctor and prescribed lifesaving medications.
We do not yet know what awaits us, but we will go there with great hope.
At each stop, Hannah seemed nervous.
Apparently she was afraid we would leave her the same way the previous owner had left her.
We have completed all examinations in the clinic.
The final conclusion was that Hannah was suffering from dilated cardiomyopathy.
The heart is no longer able to pump blood, all the chambers expand, so blood circulation is stagnant.
The test for Dirovellaris was negative but was not 100% accurate.
On ultrasound, there were no heartworms in the heart chambers.
There were no scary indicators from the blood test.
Hannah was prescribed lifelong special medication and a therapeutic diet.
The next day we will leave her under the supervision of doctors.
On Monday evening we will go to Khabarovsk to pick up Hannah.
Hannah is clearly breathing and walking much easier!
The fluids were drained from her ten times
Diuretics, special food and medications brought Hannah back to life.
Daily care for Hannah revitalizes her and makes her stronger.
