Ingredients for 15 HEALTHY PUZZLE MILANESASES
My measuring cup is 250 thousand
2 medium zucchini
1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of curry, 3 teaspoons of a mix of seasonings (CHIMICHURRI) and 1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons chopped green onion or parsley or cilantro or thyme
Flour for breading:
1/2 Cup ground sunflower seeds
1 Cup of ground oats
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of turmeric
Ground pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side
In a frying pan, cook with a little oil for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
