I live very near an elementary school. Parents of said school do all kind of illegal parking so they don't have to wait in line to pick up kids. A cop was present due to said parents doing things like driving in oncoming lanes, double, triple parking, blocking corners, fire hydrants and crosswalks. Guy lied to cop to get of ticket for driving around the cones to cut in the pickup line. I think he was just chilling till the cop left so he could go get his child. That didn't work out for him since I asked him to move.
