Five Rules of Gutman 100Day Challenge:
1. Workouts: Engage in one 60minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)

2. Protein Min 1 gram / kg / body weight

3. Fiber Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)

4. Meditation Min 10 min

5. No ultraprocessed food
