Hello, do try this refreshing Grass Jelly dessert with colourful fruits! So refreshing especially on a hot day. Grass jelly is quite neutral tasting (may have a hint of herbal or bitter aftertaste ) and its texture is so jellylike and springy. Every bite is just very refreshing with coconut milk, sago, fruits and basil seeds.

Essential Ingredients:
400 ml coconut water 400 毫升椰子水
400 ml coconut milk or coconut cream 400 毫升椰子奶
Pinch of salt 少许盐
1 packet of grass jelly “cincau” 一包仙草cincau
75 grams sago 75克 西米露
80 grams sugar (you can use any sugar) 80 克糖你可以使用任何糖
50 ml water 50 毫升水
Evaporated milk (optional) 炼乳可选)
Crush ice or ice cubes 刨冰或冰块

Other toppings (optional):
Any fruits (optional) 水果你可以添加任何你喜欢的水果(可选
