1. 2 cups rolled oats ( old fashioned oats )
2. 1/2 cup cashew nuts, almonds or any nuts of choice
3. 1/2 cup raisins ( any dried fruits you like)
4. 1 cup coconut flakes ( i have a detailed recipe on my channel )
5. 2 tablespoons coconut oil
6. 1/4 cup of original honey
7. Spices
8. Salt
