We get a lot of comments about counting, teaching Billi numbers, and teaching her the clock.

The trouble with all of those concepts is the arbitrary assignment of the passage of time that humans have decided on. In addition , feline vision is different from ours and flat writing isn’t going to be seen well enough to just “put up a clock or a calendar”.

In an effort to see if a simple “countdown” might be effective I started using “later” to help assign the passage of a day. We’ll keep using this and see if it fits with our needs! If not, we can always try something else

I love how much Billi responds to the people in her life and how much they in turn love her!
