Update: following more xrays and an MRI we confirmed it was a grade 3 AC separation with no additional damage to the shoulder.

In this video, I want to give a quick update on the recovery process from my AC joint separation injury I sustained at the last dirt bike race of the season for VCHSS. It was pretty unfortunate, but a little bit of bad luck combined with some sloppy riding and ended up in quite some pain lol. I have a lot of videos planned with the Toyota Tundra, the ibex toy hauler, the Yamaha grizzly, a potential new dirt bike, and a recently purchased ebike.
