This engine came out of a GMC CCKW353 Closed cab used in civilian life after the war in the Netherlands. This truck was used as cargo truck for a now well known company in the south of Holland. This means the truck, as well the engine, had a rough life. Camshaft bearings, cylinders, cranckshaft, valves and seats, all was worn out. So a total rebuild was required. Took a long time, but now it looks great. Still need to test run the engine, but I have no doubts about it. Thanks for watching and subcribe to this channel for more to come!
