INGREDIENTS:


For the filling (For 1820 rolls)

1 garlic
1 spring onion
400 g white cabbage
200 g carrot
250 g minced pork
Salt and pepper
Oil for sautéing

NOTE: I prepare double the filling and freeze the remaining half, but if you want the right amount for this recipe, divide the quantities by 2.

For the dough (for 810 sheets of 20 cm Ø)

10 g buckwheat flour
85 g corn starch
15 g potato starch
1 g xanthan gum
1 g salt
10 g sugar
160 g water

Oil for frying
