GLUTEN FREE Large Family Chicken u0026 Broccoli Alfredo

Join me as I make Chicken Alfredo with Roasted Broccoli for my large family. This dish was amazing and I really hope you give it a try. I was inspired to make this after watching Sara from Our Tribe of Many:    / @ourtribeofmany  

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Chicken alfredo:
3 large chicken breasts (about 45 lbs)
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
4 sticks of butter
1/4 cup gluten free allpurpose flour
11 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Roasted broccoli:
2 pounds fresh broccoli
2 Tbsp. olive oil (or oil of your choice)
12 tsp. garlic powder
12 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

In the electric pressure cooker, add all ingredients above for the "chicken alfredo". Place the lid on and cook on Manual pressure for 40 minutes. (longer if needed) *If you are using a slow cooker, low for 68 hours or high 46 hours.

While alfredo is cooking, preheat oven to 400'F (about 204'C).
Wash broccoli and toss with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the broccoli starts to brown.

Once the alfredo is cooked in the pressure cooker, carefully release the pressure and take the lid off. Shred the chicken and add the broccoli.

Serve with rice or gluten free noodles.
