Ingredients:
1 heaped cup of penne pasta
1 tsp salt in boiling water (for cooking the pasta)
Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water for the sauce.
For the Spicy Sauce:
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
23 tbsp olive oil
6 to 7 tbsp heavy cream
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp sugar (granulated)
1/2 tbsp butter (i used salted)
2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella cheese
23 freshly chopped basil leaves
