Question of the Day: I need to get permission to use images from movies for my tshirt company I’m starting up. How do I go about that? Do they have a website where I can buy these licenses, I don’t know how this works.

Whoever owns the copyright in a movie gets to decide what merchandise gets to be made using the film’s intellectual property. I recommend looking on the film’s website to determine who the copyright owner is and to look for contact information regarding licensing.
