Get it Done with Dual Line Tracking Case Packaging

FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator Combi Packaging Systems designed and built an endofline robotic case packaging system. Combi integrated three FANUC SR12iA robots and FANUC iRVision® to locate, track and pack 1lb bags of cheese.


How the System Works:

Using FANUC iRVision and a backlight conveyor, bags of cheese are located and tracked while moving down an infeed conveyor at 100ppm. Then, three FANUC SR12iA SCARA robots using iRPickTool software pick the bags of cheese and pack them into moving cases on a conveyor.
