I will try to explain briefly the manufacturing process and the materials used

For the manufacture of the furnace I have used a hydrosphere of 100L, the insulation of the lid I have used refractory cement as it will be exposed to a fairly aggressive fire, inside I have chosen to use refractory bricks and glued together with a mixture of plaster And sand in equal parts, I decided to use this mass because it is much cheaper than refractory cement
