Si Irha Mel Alfeche, ang bagong kinoronahang Miss Philippines Earth 2024, siya ay 24anyos mula sa Matanao, Davao del Sur.

Siya ay isang "repeater" na unang lumahok noong 2020.

Her coronation took place in Talakag, Bukidnon, on May 11, marking 22 years since April Ross Perez from Zamboanga City was declared the winner in the second edition of the Miss Philippines Earth pageant in 2002.

Si Alfeche, isang military reservist at guro, ay nagtataguyod ng home gardening.

Iaangat niya ang bandila ng Pilipinas sa nalalapit na patimpalak ng Miss Earth sa Vietnam, ngayong taon, layuning maging ikalimang Pilipina na mananalo ng pandaigdigang titulo.

"Grow what we eat and eat what we grow,” she said.
