This workout is done using Tabata timing of 20 on 10 seconds rest. There are 5 rounds, with two moves in each round, lower body, upper body, combo of lower and upper, core and cardio. Each round is completed 4 times followed by a one minute rest. After all 5 rounds are complete there is one final round I call the finale, you will do each move one time straight through. This workout is guaranteed to do two things, work your whole body and get you heart rate up.
