Fruit Condensed Milk Agar

It's the season where all kinds of colorful fruits are on the market.I made my favorite milk agar with condensed milk and added lots of fruit.You can eat it as it is with a spoon, or cut it up and share with everyone.I hope you will enjoy it as much as possible during this season full of fruits.
Recipe (for 2 x 700 ml containers)
Ingredients
550 g fruit of your choice, net
200 g water
5 g agar agar powder
530g milk
130g sweetened condensed milk

How to make
1.Cut fruits of your choice.This time, I cut 3 murcott tangors (about 85g each), a half pack of strawberries (150g including the stem), a large kiwi (130g), and half a small melon (210g including the seeds and peel). After cutting, I weighed the weight and found it to be 550g.
2.Arrange the fruit on the bottom and walls of the container.
3.Cut the remaining fruit into small pieces. I weighed it and it was 175g.
4.Add 5g of powdered agar to 200g of water in a pot and heat.Bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk.Once it boils, lower the heat and heat for 2 minutes.
5.While stirring with a whisk, add 530 g milk and 130 g sweetened condensed milk. Heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
6.Strain through a sieve to remove small lumps.It was a little burnt, so it was just right.
7.When the agar agar solution cools down a little, pour about 2 cm of it into (2). Wait until it cools and hardens loosely.
8.Add the fruit from (3) to the remaining agar agar solution, stir briefly, and add to (7).
9.Once it has cooled down, cool it in the refrigerator.
10.Done. Delicious.
