This week I have been working closely with some Buyers of mine who are looking for their forever home.

We viewed one property in particular that ticked a lot of boxes and they REALLY liked it. After submitting our offer and the Seller accepting, we moved forward with a home inspection. Ted from Cornerstone came out and inspected the property for us to make sure there were no surprises!

After getting the good news from Ted we firmed up on the property and the house is SOLD!

Meanwhile, working with another set of Buyers who are looking for an investment property we viewed a listing that they really liked as well. Again, we attempted to submit a bully offer to get our foot in the door but unfortunately the Seller has refused to view any offers until their set presentation date.

Down in Fort Erie I had a final walk through with some Buyers who are new to the area. After visiting the property to make sure it was still in good condition we closed on it the next day and they got the keys to their new home!
