This video is using left over Pork Fillings from my Pot Sticker series    • 上海锅贴   汤满底脆可解乡愁~ 永不失败的面食第15集   for a casual lunch. It's full of soup with crispy outside and yummy.

It's a Chinese version of Empanade.

【Dough: Enough for 4 pies】
AP Flour: 200g (100%)
Hot Water @ 70C+: 110g (55%)
Mix in water into flour gradually until all water is abosrbed evenly (forming small flakes/nuggets)
Form into a ball and knead ~35 min
Leave it to rest 1530 min and cover with wet cloth
Cut into 50g sections
