Fret Crowning tool made cheap and easy. Works great. Few things I left out, always keep an eye on the center marker line so it stays center and straight and doesn't waver back and forth and get squiggly. The center line on top should be as thin as a sewing needle when you're finished crowning. And after you buff it with the steel wool you can then use a Dremel or another rotary tool for buffing with a polishing compound to a shiny finish.
