Hello Friends, today we are cleaning out the freezer, to make room for meat for winter time. We have a tiny freezer so maximizing the space is a must. Soooo many of you asked to see our freezer so we thought this would be a good time to share. Sorry for the darkness in the Enchilada portion...we were having a power outage and that was as bright as we could get it. This casserole is so delicious and can be made with ANY frozen burritos you like. You could add a can of chili beans also, or in place of the enchilada sauce.
