❤ Andrea’s Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1.5 cups of allpurpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 medium ripe bananas
1 large egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
As many chocolate chips as your heart desires!

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add egg, oil, and vanilla. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Stir in the dry ingredients and blend everything together until smooth.
4. Add as many chocolate chips to the batter as you like and mix (I use about 1/2 cup).
5. Line a muffin pan and fill it with batter until each cup is about 1/2 full.
6. Bake for approx 1622 minutes or until a fork inserted in the center comes out clean. Let muffins cool on a wire rack.
