This is one cheap battery charger that works! The Pulse repair function is particularly useful for reviving dead batteries that have been sitting unused for a long time. This tool can be used to show how to desulfate a battery especially for the DIY enthusiast who just needs a simple tool and does not have all the experience to go into more complicated battery restoration procedures.
