Hey Everyone, if you've spent much time in and around Foundry VTT, you know that one of the best parts about the Virtual Tabletop is the staggering amount of modules produced by its amazing developer community. Modules are a great way to expand Foundry's already formidable capabilities and really cater the experience for you and your players. There are so many modules though, that it can be difficult to know where to get started. With that in mind, we've created our list of the Top 5 Essential Modules that Everyone Should Use.

If you're not sure where to start with modules, or want to make your life as easy as possible with Foundry modules, this is the place to start. All five of these modules are system agnostic, so whether you're running DnD 5e, Pathfinder, The Dark Eye, or a homebrew system, you're covered with these modules. We also selected modules that play well with others: little to no module conflicts (out of the thousands of Foundry modules); and easier organization and troubleshooting of additional modules.
