Dosing a mixture of Calcium Carbonate + RODI water in order to create a flocculant that binds smaller particles together into larger ones so they could be removed by mechanical filtration. DIY Coral Snow recipe per Sunny: 1 teaspoon of Calcium Carbonate per 50g of system volume and mix it with 8 oz of RODI water. Allow to sit for 5 mins before dosing. (please refer to videos for dosing details) This is the basic mixture for water clarity, he has other suggestions for other purposes in his videos.
