Foods to boost collagen in the skin:
1. Vitamin C: Your body NEEDS Vitamin C to make collagen
2. Egg whites: contain glycine and proline, the main amino acids that make up our collagen (yolks have other skin benefits too! For example, our skin can use that cholesterol to make vitamin D)
3. Nuts: contain zinc which supports fibroblasts, the cells that make collagen!
