Fluffy home made pancakes recipe

Ingredients :
1 1/4 cup of flour (160g de farine)
1 tbsp of sugar (1cs de sucre)
2 tsp of baking powder NOT 2 tbsp as in the video (2cc de poudre à lever)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (1/2cc d’extrait de vanille)
2 eggs (2 œufs)
1 cup of milk (250ml de lait)


Recipe :

Makes about 12 pancakes

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk together
Separate the egg whites from the yolks
Add the milk to the egg yolks and whisk together, add the mixture to the flour and mix
Beat the egg whites and add them to the mixture
Add oil to a pan and pour about a tbsp of the mixture
Return the pancakes when bubbles start to form at the surface
