Ingredients for 1 serving or 200 ml cup
1 egg
2 tablespoons of peanut butter without sugar or salt
2 tsp of caloriefree sweetener I used Monk Fruit
*Optional Dark chocolate chips
Cooking in the Oven, Airfryer or Microwave
Microwave: 2 cycles of 30 sec or 1 min at 600 W *If the power of your oven is higher then cook for 3040 sec.
